Lunch at the MKG

Lunch at the MKG

(Museum for Kunst and Gewerbe/ Museumfor Art and Industry)

Do not remember the food
except it was from the sea
the space was wide and airy
and she had pulled me from the art

She had pulled me from the art
because it was time for the food
sometimes I need pulling sometimes she
sometimes both

There was a small bar there
which I did not at longingly look
she had wine as I recall
though maybe not

We were there with Carl und Anne
who, like we would in our
native zone, show visitors all the
great places we neglect to visit

I’m writing this while I still have mind to
While I still have a mind to
and i remember it was a wonderful lunch
though it’s not the food to be remembered

Sometime you two should visit
so we can show you the Rodin and
Grounds for Sculpture and
Longwood  und give you memories
